We interview all of our Tenders face-to-face - no machine learning, AI or predictive technology. We ask pointed questions that test their experience and knowledge on specific skills they’ll need to know for different types of clients.
We have 50+ tags that we use internally to track skills and personality traits, and update them based on feedback. We can’t promise that we’ll always send you the perfect person. But we can promise that we’ll send the right person at a higher % rate than anybody else can.
