You can hire a Tend bartender to manage the high-volume pace of a stadium bar, mix craft cocktails for an intimate private dinner and everything in between. Tend bartenders are full service helping with bar setup, managing inventory and stock throughout the shift, and cleaning up at the end of the event.

Bartenders come equipped with a standard bar kit, which includes a shaker, jigger, bottle opener, wine key, and speed pourers.

Whether you have a team of 75 Tenders for a large reception or 5 servers for a wedding, you can hire an event captain to supervise and act as point of contact for your Tenders. For events with multiple Tenders, event captains help with checking in staff, distributing staff responsibilities, and stepping in when the team needs an extra hand.

Our event captains earn their role within the Tend team by working at least 25 events with us and demonstrating that they have the right disposition to manage staff and handle any unforeseen issues.

You can hire a Tend cook to assist your executive or sous chef with prepping ingredients and assembling dishes on the line. Our team of line cooks hold experience working in fact-paced back-of-house environments.

Our prep cooks can be brought in to help with cleaning produce, preparing ingredients for line cooks, and cutting vegetables and meat. They are eager and ready to roll up their sleeves and help in whatever way they can.
