What is Tend?

Tend is a premier marketplace for hospitality staff. We want to bring the marketplace technology of companies like Uber, Rover, Grubhub and many others to the world of hospitality and events.

If you’re approved, you’ll get access to jobs that fit your skillset - you can view available shifts, and choose the ones you want to work.

What makes us different?

In a word, quality. We’re not trying to be the quickest, we’re trying to be the best. Other companies require very little to join. Quick application, cheat your way through some ‘skill tests’, and you’re set to work.

That’s not us. If you want to become a Tender, you’re going to have to interview for it. We want to meet you. We want to know that you’re good at and what you’re all about. And we want you to get to know us, and what we’re all about.

What kind of jobs do you have available?

It really depends, but here’s a sample of what we have available;

Tender Roles: Bartender, server, event staff, line cook, prep cook, dishwasher, cleaner (and more!)

We work in different client locations: Restaurants, hotels, bars, large venues, co-working spaces, offices and private homes.

Are you hiring during COVID-19?

Yes! Even in areas that are shut down, we’re having productive conversations with existing and new potential clients - we don’t know when the country as a whole will fully re-open, but it will be all hands on deck when it does.
